My mission with Oceans Within is to inspire hope and healing for those living with or affected by eating disorders. I intend to be a part of the solution, share truths, passion…creativity, and inspire others to live life from the heart.
 

I envision a world where all feel supported in being who they truly are, a world in which we are all embraced for our authentic voices and beautiful hearts.
 

Through writing, speaking, imagery and more I hope to provide inspiration and the knowing that real recovery is not only possible but worth every second of what it takes to get there.
